This lobby, also the location for the café, is the area where privacy and the public come together. Where strangers meet, friends make an appointment. A win-win staged by design that makes this central area the focal point of the encounter. Here you can enjoy their top-quality coffee directly from the barista, have a small talk or welcome your guests.

In the workspace, permanent employees of large companies meet with external freelancers and crowd workers, and temporary project teams work alongside start-ups. There are rooms for meetings, cooperation is encouraged and spontaneous exchange of ideas is supported.
